US court's decision to punish both google and oracle shows the fine piece of judiciary that US is having, and shows - how brilliant American judges are compared to Google/Oracle management team. google made standard out of open handset alliance. Google lured core sun developers out of sun into google. They didn't understand- it was a sin to lure good developers out of a company which was surviving on open source!! They are paying heavy price for this with- huge lawsuit from oracle. Google survives because of proprietary search engine. Proprietary software always wins. Was java platform more supported with sun engineers working at google than at Sun?, Certainly NO. "Google does Evil"- and wanted to do internal researches with those brilliant Sun engineers.

Too true...you just have to look at the latest standard for moving identities between data stores and applications. SPML isn't good enough so let's create SCIM - Simple Cloud Identity Management for our collective companies products ....need to address the cloud don't ya know? cool addition to the cartoon!
